Scan execution
Generalities
YARR
An example of command line to run a scan with YARR is here:
cd YARR-FelixClient
bin/scanConsole -c $ITK_DAQ_BASE/../Modules/R92110558/flx/L2_warm.json -r configs/controller/felix_client.json -s configs/scans/rd53b/std_thresholdscan.json -p
The controller to use is felix_client. Inside its json config, it is possible to select software or firmware trigger.
